How it works
Passive RTLS operates through a network of RFID readers strategically installed around a facility. These readers emit radio signals that activate any RFID tag that comes within reading range. Once activated, the tags reflect their unique identifier back to the reader, enabling the central system to accurately determine the tag’s location. This real-time exchange allows organisations to monitor the movement and location of tagged assets with precision and minimal manual intervention.
